She is responsible for the organization and execution of Advancing Health/CTN data processes and strategies, including all data capture, storage, and retrieval processes. In addition to comprehensive data management activities for specific trials, from study start-up to database lock, Erica provides team oversight for the data management team and support staff, scope forecasting and projections, and cross-functional collaboration on work processes and standard operating procedure development.
