Interested in Knowledge Translation (KT)? Want to learn more about moving evidence into practice to improve patient care? Announcing the KT Challenge!

After the success of the the inaugural KT Challenge last year, Providence Health Care (PHC) and Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) have launched the Challenge for a second year. The KT Challenge is designed to support teams of PHC and VCH clinicians who may not have much KT expertise, but are responsible for moving evidence into practice. Successful teams will receive up to $5,000 each in funding to conduct their KT project.

Participation in the KT Challenge program is open to staff affiliated with VCH and/or PHC. There must be a minimum of two people per team, and teams can be inter-professional. Applicants must find team members and complete part 1 of the application by October 23, 2017.

Last year, CHÉOS’ Dr. Martha Mackay was part of a team that was successful in receiving funding for their project, read more here.
