Dr. Wong is a biostatistician whose current research focus is on methodology for improving the efficiency of clinical trials, particularly for the stepped wedge design and using Bayesian methods. He collaborates extensively with researchers in diverse areas,
including HIV/AIDS, mental health, intensive care, emergency medicine, orthopaedics, and rheumatology, and is the Program Head for Biostatistics at CHÉOS.
Dr. Wong completed a BASc in Engineering Physics and a PhD in Statistics, both from the University of British Columbia.
