Dr. Hubert Wong received a B.ASc. in Engineering Physics (1992) and a PhD in Statistics (2000), both from the University of British Columbia (UBC). He subsequently joined the CIHR Canadian HIV Trials Network (CTN) and CHÉOS, and holds a faculty appointment in the UBC School of Population and Public Health.
Dr. Wong’s research focuses on clinical trial design and foundational issues in statistics. He collaborates extensively with researchers in diverse areas, including HIV/AIDS, mental health, intensive care, emergency, neurology, orthopaedics, and rheumatology.
